A wardrobe app with a sustainable focus. This project aims to tackle the problem of fast fashion by looking at one source issue: our wardrobes. Modeify is a wardrobe app designed to encourage sustainable attitudes to fashion and allows users to ‘revive it, rewear it, restyle it and rethink it’. Users will unlock the potential of their existing wardrobe, save money and reduce environmental damage.
Context:
The rise of fast fashion is becoming increasingly problematic, causing both environmental and social detriments. The rate at which people buy and discard clothes is increasing. A study showed that 73% of items in our wardrobe are not worn and in the UK if we just continued to actively wear a garment for just 9 months longer this could reduce the environmental impact by 20-30%.

Target Market:
With a target market of 18-25-year-olds, research showed the importance of video content in reaching this audience. Through upbeat, fast-paced video cuts, bold colours and a clean modern branding style, the video advert communicates the ethos of the brand and provokes action.
